In a beautiful red dress Crown Princess Victoria with her ​Prince Daniel attended the gala dinner with Queen Elizabeth on Thursday evening - along with royalty from around the world.

Royals from around the world sparkled in the race when it was time for the big gala dinner at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel - the night before the wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton.

Annalisa Ericsson has passed away. Known for her amazing on screen and on stage career that lasted for 90 years! Annalisa Ericsson passed away at age 97, at Linnégården's old people's home in the posh part of Stockholm Östermalm. Rest in peace.

Princess Madeleine of Sweden moved to New York City a while ago. She moved there after all the attention was drawn towards her private life and the failed relation with her former boyfriend, who was accused of  being unfaithful.

 

In New York Princess Madeleine is working at her mother's American branch of her foundation 'World Childhood Foundation'. Queen Silvia of Sweden founded 'Childhood' in 1999 and the "work is aimed at the most marginalized children, the ones most often ignored and forgotten. Childhood focuses especially on girls and the main target groups are street children, children living in institutions, young mothers and sexually abused children."

 

Paparazzi follow Princess Madeleine every step she takes, and she has seen together with other well-known NY-Swedes as model Victoria SIlvstedt and NHL hockey player Henrik Lundqvist.

True Blood Alex Skarsgard and his Kate at music festival

Swedish True Blood star Alexander Skarsgård and his Kate Kate Bosworth attended the Coacella music festival in California. Loads of booze and music acts, among them Swedish Robyn.


Alex and Kate loves music festivals, and last year they attended the highly acclaimed Swedish festival Way Out West in the west coast of Sweden, outside Gothenburg.

Prince Carl Philip has an artistic interest and have been trained in graphic design.

In December 2003 he designed the cover of a CD that was released in connection with the Queen Silvia of Sweden's birthday.

He is also a photographer and has shown his photo exhibition "A Glimpse of Paradise" in Uppsala, Helsinki, Stockholm and Liège during the years 2007-2009.

In spring 2009 designer Prince Carl Philip created silver cutlery on behalf of Gense and spring 2010, he designed fire place screen for Swedish Tenn (Svenskt Tenn).

La Camilla, former member of the Swedish 90s group Army of Lovers (Crusifies, Obsession etc) claims to have been making out with Kylie during their heydays in the 90s.

- The smallest person I've ever seen. She was micro and I was huge. says Camilla Henemark in Swedish TV show 'Nittital' according to Expressen newspaper.

La Camilla is currently writing her biography after her alleged romance with the King Carl Gustaf of Sweden. She is also recovering from severe depression. This might be some interesting reading.

Sanna Nielsen has been touring all over Sweden after her entry with 'I'm so in love' in the Swedish Melodifestivalen (Swedish heat competitions for the Eurovision Song Contest). Last night Sanna's tour reached Stockholm and the Rival Hotel. Not only did she draw huge local audiences, but she even had her own Australian entourage attending her concert, coming to Stockholm all the way from down under.
